Chroxxenklox is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom furniture. Please review this Return Policy carefully, as it applies to all custom-made furniture orders.

Custom Furniture Policy

Since all our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item does not match the agreed-upon specifications. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, making standard returns impractical.

Defective or Non-Conforming Items

If you receive a custom furniture piece that:

  • Has manufacturing defects or damage
  • Does not match the agreed specifications
  • Arrives damaged during delivery

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the item and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Inspection Period

Upon delivery, please inspect your custom furniture immediately. Report any defects, damage, or non-conformity within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to address issues that could have been identified during initial inspection.

Repair and Replacement

If a defect is identified and confirmed:

  • We will arrange for repair at no additional cost, or
  • We will create a replacement piece if repair is not feasible

Repair or replacement will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, typically 4-6 weeks depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired
  • Significant non-conformity with agreed specifications
  • Delivery of incorrect items

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Custom work fees and deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of production.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations:

  • Before production begins: Full refund minus any consultation fees
  • After production begins: Refund of unused materials and labor, minus deposit
  • After completion: No refund available

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or written correspondence.

Delivery and Installation

We provide delivery and installation services for custom furniture. If you choose to arrange your own delivery:

  • We are not responsible for damage occurring during third-party transport
  • Inspection must occur at our facility before pickup
  • All sales are final once items leave our premises

Warranty

All custom furniture comes with a warranty covering:

  • Structural defects for 2 years from delivery date
  • Workmanship defects for 1 year from delivery date
  • Finish defects for 6 months from delivery date

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications made after delivery.
